The beautiful image above is of a vow renewal ceremony I carried out at Squirrel’s Nest in West Wales. Emma and Mark wanted to mark their tenth anniversary and it was truly romantic and beautiful. A private celebration and recommitment to each other. What a privilege to be able to help couples celebrate their relationships in this way.
I have been married to the love of my life since I was twenty. We were married for 30 years in 2018 and we continue to love and support each other daily. It is my own relationship which inspires me to help other couples acknowledge and celebrate the strength, joy and love they bring to each other and how remarkable that is.
A unique vow renewal ceremony
I will work with you to create a unique ceremony; there really are no rules about what we can include or how it can be said. I’m happy to include poems or readings you particularly love, or to help you find something that reflects what you feel for each other.
I will help you with your vows too; many people tell me they don’t know where to start, but that’s okay, that’s what I am here for and we will not stop working on them until they are exactly what you want them to be.
STARLIGHT VOW RENEWALS
Imagine standing with the one you love under the dark skies of Myddfai, in our woodland, looking up at the stars. On a clear night, you can see the Milky Way and many of the planets and constellations.
Now add the romance of renewing your vows to each other, under these dark skies.
With your path lit only by candle light, you’ll have a private ceremony in our two acre woodland, where you will also spend the night, in our hand built charcoal hut.
A unique, night-time vow renewal
I am delighted to offer Starlight vow renewals, from January 2020, here in our amazing Myddfai woodland in the Dark Sky Area in Carmarthenshire. This unique package includes :
- Writing a bespoke ceremony for you that reflects your unique relationship
- Helping to create your personal vows or promises
- Vow renewal celebration in our woodland, at night (time of year means this may vary)
- Two nights with bedtime hot chocolate and morning breakfast hamper, in our woodland Charcoal Hut
- Copies of your vows and full ceremony to keep
- We’ll even record the ceremony on your own phone/pad for you
Around 90 minutes drive from Bristol, and under 4 hours from London, escape to the peace and tranquility of our woodland hut and deck, and you’ll create memories that last a life-time.
